Sending assets to the Avalanche Network

We advise to use sideshift.ai as very simple method for this. Configure Sideshift for sending BTC (of other asset you have and going to send) and receive AVAX (Avalanche) Put your Avalanche-address (from MetaMask) in the receive-address. When you confirm it, they will give you an address to send your BTC to. After you have send the BTC to the address given by Sideshift, it takes a few minutes and you will have AVAX on the Avalanche Network.

Optionally, go to TraderJoe for swapping AVAX to MIM (the dollar-stablecoin on the Avalanche Network) but it’s not mandatory. IF you do that, make sure to keep a little AVAX (0.1 is more than enough) in your wallet, because every transaction on the Avalanche Network has transaction fees paid in AVAX.
